A hot summer arrives again with the presence of the Board of Management and all employees in NOEV family JX Nippon Oil & Energy Vietnam (NOEV) once enjoying the 2 days 1 night 2022 annual trip at 5 star Flamingo Cat Ba resort.
The destination is one of the most beautiful coastal city in the North of Vietnam- Cat Ba City. The spotlight of the trip was the team building activities which NOEV members have a chance to role play, becoming soliders, join in team building games. Also, a meaningful gala dinner was celebrated with the impressive and lively performances from different departments of the company. In this occasion, company also rewarded and gave certificates for employee’s contribution for what they have attempted continuously for company expansion.
Even experiencing tough year due to the pandemic Covid – 19, all BOD and the Board of Management and all employees in NOEV has never stopped to take a break, together overcame difficulites. And, this short holiday has proven to be successful for NOEV team to experience the “work hard, play hard” mentality.
