With such a wonderful weather, summer is synonymous with vacations. During the year, business has never stopped to take a break, but a short holiday has proven to be successful for NOEV team to experience the “work hard, play hard” mentality.
From Aug. 24th to 25th, 2018, the whole NOEV families gathered together (including Hai Phong, Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh team), around 100 people had a wonderful time in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, which is known as one of the most worth travelling cities in the North of Vietnam.
In Thanh Hoa, the hotel we stayed was considered the best options: visually stunning, excellent service, wonderful food and top rate facilities. We enjoyed 1 night and 2 days in the remarkable resort, having a delightful beach front holiday in one of the North of Vietnam’s best seaside areas.
The spotlight of the trip was the team building activities with spectacular “NOEV” photo taking by a flycam. Everyone stands at the position, to form the letter N, O, E, and V. When the small drone flied across above our heads, everyone cheered and waved their hands passionately. It seemed like we became one unit and flied toward the higher and brighter sky together.

Besides, the Gala Night remained an unforgettable memory for all NOEV members, where we could enjoy seafood, awesome performances and fun games, and where solidarity and loyalty was promoted and celebrated.

For us, the trip was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It could be a perfect way to recharge ourselves, and remain productive when returning to work. NOEV, together, we become stronger!
