In an attempt to boost the reading rates of students and enhance Japanese study to Vietnamese students, especially students studying in Hai Phong – where NOEV factory located in, company has been giving away free books.
This event occurred during December, 2017 to January, 2018, NOEV’s Board of Director came and sent those book to teachers and students in Tran Phu Gifted High School, Hai Phong University, SQI International School of Hai Phong, Japan International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam.
