FEATURES:
► Superior Thermal and Oxidation Stability
FAIRCOL RA32 is very effective in absorbing the heat generated by air compression. After heating up, air is cooled in the oil radiator and resupplied to the compressor. In this way, FAIRCOL RA32 is circulated, while these heating and cooling cycles are repeated. In the mist form, FAIRCOL RA32 can be used in high-temperature, high-pressure environments where it will withstand severe attack from oxygen, moisture and suspended particles. It can also withstand the catalytic actions of steel and copper surfaces.
► Excellent Water Separating Characteristics
FAIRCOL RA32 will inevitably come into contact with condensed water vapor particularly during halts in compressor operation. Accordingly, any moisture must be removed by an oil-water separator. FAIRCOL RA32 is specially formulated to ensure efficient and rapid separation of condensed water vapor where it can be easily removed by draining.
► Effective Rust Protection
As explained above, water condensation in the compressor is unavoidable. FAIRCOL RA32 provides protection against corrosion of system metals through the use of a highly effective rust inhibitor.
► Protection Against Copper Catalysis
FAIRCOL RA32 includes a special additive that reduces any effect of copper catalysis that can occur when copper used in the oil cooler tubes reacts with the oil causing harmful lubricant degradation.
► Good Foam Resistance
An anti-foaming agent is included to protect against the interruption of lubrication due to air entrained in the oil.
