This is such a meaningful trip not only for staffs but also for managers to reward all the hard working of employees. By doing this, team members have more chances to get to know each other better while managers will be more updated on the current situation from their staffs.
During this trip, all members experienced to stay in 5 star hotel, participate in tourist places. More importantly, all staffs and manager department immense themselves on Gala Dinner and Team Building activities. These interesting activities not only strengthen new bonds among staffs and managers but also motivate them creating a positive working environment, eventually together reach to new targets of company in the future.
